an army marched around the walls for seven days, and on the seventh day they let out a mighty cry - and THAT's what broke the walls down.

The Rain Wasn't dangerous. The THOUGHT it might be, but when the guy got caught in it and didnt die of radiation they knew that it wasnt dangerous.
