talking to brandon was a wonderful idea. he asked me about my plan. i gave him sort of jumbled "well, i know i want to work with disadvantaged kids, i want to teach them. i want to somehow incorporate art into my lit class but i dunno and mumble grumble i also want to look into human services" and then he was like that's great, but what do you see

But seriously. What you want to do with teaching is what I want to do with Youth Ministry. Kids should be able to think, reflect, think, read, think, learn, THINK for themselves and realize that there is more than one understanding of the same thing, you know?

While you're out there kickin' ass at teaching (I'll TOTALLY send my kids to your class, by the way) I'm gonna be trying the same thing, but with God.
