Oh, Allie. ALLIE ALLIE ALLIE. I do not deserve this -- but it's not as if I'm complaining, because it's so, so perfect. You've painted such a bleak picture with that dialogue, almost like a scene moving in fast-forward -- lovely characterisation of a damaged, desperate Sirius who's still fighting & of Andromeda. This snippet fully recognises her strength -- and that's what I love most about her.

I love how Dora's nickname is "firefly". I love how Andromeda does the blood-spell. I love how, at the end, Andromeda smiles. I could go on, but I think you get the message.

Oooh, this is lovely. I'm so fascinated by the dynamic between the Tonks family and Sirius, and this is just -- fantastic. I love how you tell it mostly through dialogue; it gives it a sense of urgency.
