For the most part , yes . People make mistakes and if they are sincere in their apology yes . I just always try to see good in people .  So I tend to give , second , third and even fourth chances . Meh . But then you get special cases of people who just abuse your kindness and never learn from their mistakes .

Well there are those special cases . So it isn't like everyone . Lol .
