I'm not really sure it's the right thing to do, either. It's true, they seem to like taunting us, but Katsura-san has helped us when it was truly important, and despite everything he says, he doesn't seem motivated to take action against us. Takasugi-san seems like he could be more trouble, but so long as he's been here... he hasn't done much more than talk. He's dangerous, clearly, but I think that Hijikata-san's plan may simply make him angry. I don't think that would be good for anyone.

From what I've been able to hear, nobody really wants to act against Katsura-san, it's just a side-effect of him being so close to Takasugi-san. Takasugi-san...I mean, where does talk turn dangerous? If he's serious about the things he says...but he hasn't acted against us since the war...

I know it would be foolish of us to do nothing, and just wait to be attacked... but we do have people watching him, so I doubt he'd be able to do anything without us knowing in advance.

I just don't think it's a good idea to make him mad.
