Miftah claims it's a smear campaign but mysteriously took down the article.

Seriously, bad faith on their part.

I'm not sure what is meant by a blood libel and I'd never heard of MIFTAH prior to reading this but, to be honest, the moment I saw the words "palestinian" (deliberate small "p" on my part) and "democracy" linked together in their claims I basically tuned out. Who do they think they're kidding?
I'm not surprised you're angry. If I fully grasped what they're saying I'd probably be fuming!
