I used to read your journals frequently back in the "Asian Avenue" days. I decided to save you as a friend because I've felt that there is a contemplative voice lacking in the other journals that I have been reading. Hope you don't mind.

PS. Kids are the best. They learn so fast and are so smart. They're little sponges, especially in the first 5 years. Amazing. I guarantee there will never be a dull moment.

Life does get in the way doesn't it? It's good, I think... if you can step away for a bit. It means you're happy and living. Too busy to sit down and think.
