I’ve been playing host to a nasty case of viral gastroenteritis, and have spent the majority of the past forty-eight hours doubled over in bed convincing the whole of my gut to at least slow its attempts to explode. ugh, sorry to hear that... the flu has definitely started hitting its stride in the last week - had a couple cases of encephalitis come through and the clinics have just been slammed!

yah, i'm just waiting for all the respiratory precautions signs to start going up.

oh, wait...i'm on my RESEARCH rotation. man, that's nice. no hospital work over the christmas holiday. last time, ever, too.

nice! i drew the rotation where i have no interns, but i also don't have to take call - i guess i can deal with that :)
