I like the Canon ships myself doesn't stop me from pairing Tifa, and Aerith with Sephiroth or Genesis or Garnet with Kuja though

Admittedly preffering LockWind over CloTi in Dissidia has quite a bit to do with Cloud's characterization in Advent Children. >>; I understand that he was mourning their deaths but it seemed like they wanted to make that period drag on forever >>;;;

Admittedly I do have some crackships:

-Materra ("Why don't you let me control you? ;D")
-Ex-death/CoD (It just works)
-Kain/Barbariccia summonstone (OH SNAP IT JUST OCCURRED TO ME THEY NEVER REFERENCED THIS)
-Firion/Shiva

and the OT3s, etc:

Firion/Shiva/Kain
WoL/Lightning/Kain

And nothing else comes to mind...there's more but that woud mean including characters that aren't in the game D:
