When the TARDIS first appeared in the 25th century, Martha was completely disgusted by the idea of Companions. The Doctor just nodded knowingly, made a vague reference to Mme. Pompadour, and didn't try to argue. But as a result of the mad hijinks which inevitably follow the Doctor wherever he goes, Martha ended up Inara's client, and found the reality nothoing at all like what she had assumed. Nowadays, whenever she's feeliong particularly stressed, Martha gets the Doctor to bring her to Serenity.

I( have ideas for this, but they may not be fair to the HP characters, as I haven't read the books (and most of the fanfic I've read has been femslash).

I've never even heard of the second show and I'm pretty much allergic to police procedurals (even the vaguest implication of a civil liberties infringement drives me nuts).

Do we really only share one fandom? Wow.
