I got Neutral too, though if you ask most of the people I've met here (and on the Caribbean cruise I took ten years ago), I have a very clear Californian accent.

that was fun! the only question that stumped me was "roof" -- sometimes i pronounce it one way, sometimes the other. it told me i'm western, if not physically from the west then a pittsburgher or a canadian from ontario with no canadian accent. wrong on those counts. well, it also said a heartlander born after 1980, which is half-right.
