Now I stopped watching Supernatural fairly early in so I'm not sure if that woman in #4 is an actual character BUT I can say that this was an amazing story. I think you really captured Dean's personality well and I love how you expressed his protectiveness of Sam without making it obvious or overbearing. I think this is a great take on the prompt - good job. I'm making this a memory by the way.

Nicely done. I like the different moments in time you chose to illustrate those less-than-ideal times in Dean’s life over the years.

Favorite lines:

After school, he trudges home, barely making it through the door before passing out. The last thing he's aware of is Sammy's worried voice calling his name.

Oh, Dean.

despite knowing that he's being taunted by what he can never have, he can't resist pulling her close.

"You're beautiful."

This really aches, how he knows it’s not forever, but he wants it so bad he has to indulge.
