I just wanted to have a little fun. There's been so much gloom in the air that I figured we could all use a change of pace! And nothin' makes for good change like a party! [Harry was really just trying to find his way to the library, and he must have taken a wrong turn, because this clearly wasn't the right building; bright pink everywhere, cheerful music playing, and a severe lack of books. He has to raise his voice just slightly to be heard over the music]
