Not that I've noticed. Is there a church around here for there to be a stone angel?

It's really fucking creepy, isn't it. [It was less of a question than it was a statement.]

More than that! Looks like some weird Gothic thing. [He means it in the most general sense of the word. It wasn't as if he made a habit of looking at Church art, but the last he checked, angels were at least happy looking. But they did look pretty stony.]

...There's gotta be a church or some weird as hell garden. Angel statues don't just come out of no where!

Remember how I told you weird things happen here? I think this might be one. This crazy chick's telling me these are 'quantum-locked assassins of the universe'.

[Just because he's an idiot most of the time, doesn't mean he can't pick up on technobabble quickly. He's good at picking up on the bits that matter, and enemy descriptions matter.]

[Squall backs away from the Angel, as if expecting it to suddenly leap at him. Without a weapon or the ability to use magic or summons, Squall feels more than a little vulnerable.]

[He looks at the Angel, it seems to be just your average ugly stone statue. But, Squall's prior experience tells him to keep on his guard.]
