I wouldn't mind waiting for a revamp. I think it could be good for the game and I'm interested in what changes could come about, though I don't want to commit to definitely coming back? I've not felt welcome in the game for a couple of months, so it is tricky for me to say anything for certain at this point...
I'd really rather not move to DW, but I can't really make a decision about that at this point, I guess.
Editing to add that I do like the idea of a meme comm if the game is closed for a few months, and that I really don't see the need to change AC. A small game like Ali doesn't need massive AC requirements and the last rule change that was ~supposed to magically fix what problems the game has~ didn't work.
I quite like this game because of the interactions and CR I have with the amazing people here! I'm quite content with the idea of moving to DW but the thing is, a move won't help the game from being stale. As you guys have properly addressed, it will take some revamping not on just the mods and games parts, I think, but the players as well. We're just as much a part of the game as the mods

I agree with this. Cliche is not bad. The old plots are cliche because they work, so everyone's done them. I think that we should probably move beyond the cliche ones, rather than constantly repeating them or something, but starting out with them to encourage CR and cross canon interaction is a great idea.
There's so much that can be done for cross-interaction, and I mean, technically every idea has been done because this is a writing community and well, every idea ever has been done. BUT if it's done well it doesn't matter!
It's quite alright! As someone who loves TL;DR, it's refreshing to see someone who does indeed put some thought into what they want to say so it's said clearly instead of leaving the other party confused.
Personally, I agree with you. Many of the points you've given are what we'll likely be discussing from this point up until we're in the final stages of revamping the game in its entirety. There already have been talks of involvement needing to be more interactive and give opportunities for more participation amongst those outside of your casts (and as someone who is a lone canon warrior? what you've said hits close to what I've been thinking). It's part of the reason I volunteered to help with running the game in the first place, because I know it needs work and we could certainly use something to liven things up before activity stagnates.
