The teen actually looks really pleased with it as he looks over to the communicator. [Gods he looks young to be a trained smith - but age isn't everything. Look at Tashir: hardly older than this boy and a ruler in his own right. So all Vanyel says is]

What sort of weapons do you have in stock?

[Because it's not as if he needs a custom-made sword, which is likely to be more expensive anyway.]

[If Hiccup had been like the other Viking younglings then he'd be more warrior material than blacksmith but he's not. Kid's just got a gift for working with his hands.]

I've got swords, daggers, axes and spears at the moment.

Excellent! [He would be all set to rush right down to Hiccup's shop now, except-] Ah- what time do you close?

[ Toothless, even if he does have his moments of straying away from Hiccup, always finds his way back. This isn't an exception, as the dragon, with some strain to his flight (a strain he's used to, with his missing half of the tail), lands onto the roof of the building, before, hanging by his claws, he tips over it's edge, to hang upside down, smacking against the window with his snout.]

[Hiccup doesn't worry when Toothless goes off on his own. The dragon won't leave the city without him and won't burn anything down (on purpose). He's not surprised when the smack at the window comes and moves to open it. The kid made it big enough for a Toothless sized dragon to get in through it and more than enough space in the shop too.]

[ Rikku had been noticing the shop being put together near the junkyard, and was definitely curious. After seeing part of the video feed, she decided to head on over to the place and give him a welcome. ]

This looks pretty nice, Hiccup.

Thanks, Rikku! I needed something to do with my time and with Alcide gone this is the only other thing I'm good at. Besides flying with Toothless.

Yeah, it can get really boring here without something to do! [ She grins at the notice of Toothless. ]

You can ride him? He seems rather scary!

[The others have been nagging Tony to actually have a conversation with Hiccup soon; they said he couldn't keep avoiding the kid forever, but Tony'd been doing a pretty good job so far. Now Hiccup's video caught his attention and Tony reluctantly gives in and replies.]

Hey, kid. What kind of stuff counts as 'everything in between'?
