• Every device comes with the above information sheet. If you character needs help using the new device, try asking someone in the city. Maybe they can help.
• Everyone who possesses a device has their information listed in the Contact screen, so there should be no problem getting in touch with whoever you want.
• Though private messaging is now possible, remember who controls the city. Someone's always watching.
