Hsin Yeow's thoughts: Chasing Cars
Carmen and Kenneth are united in their love for cars. (Totally reminds me of Pat and Kris). Instead of driving into the ballroom, they chose to take photos at a racing track!
It's a novel location for a bridal shoot, and I'm sure the couple attracted a lot of attention that day. I also love the fact that Carmen wore white pants instead of the traditional gown for the shoot. So cool and funky!
The sporting couple also re-enacted the story of how they met for the cameras. Apparently, Kenneth was always offering his help when Carmen's car had some problems. The video was beautifully shot, and there were some funny scenes of Carmen looking suspiciously at Kenneth as he tried to find out what was wrong with her car.
When I browsed their wedding website, I came across this message from Carmen, which touched me immensely.
"We went through a lot of ups and downs like any other couples, but he is patient enough to absorb all my vexations; he spoils me rotten and I love it. I can't possibly imagine my life without him in it."
