When discussing marriage equality, can we please use 'same-sex' and 'opposite sex' marriage? Referring to them as 'gay' marriage and 'heterosexual' marriage makes all of us bisexual people invisible and it is VERY ANNOYING! I hear you on both of these.

'Real sized' and 'real women have curves' and so on are just so depressing. What do these people think thin women are made of, plastic?

Well quite!
Although, to be fair, I appear to have misunderstood the person I assumed was guilty of this. But the rant still stands for the numerous other people I've witnessed who do mean it that way.

Although I'm thinking I might try something more constructive now, like washing up, doing some knitting and then cooking dinner.

Gizmo is flaked out next to me with her head on my rolled up towel improvised wrist-rest - oh to live the life of a spoiled moggy!
