More snow last night and a veritable blizzard this morning. Now into 13th day of snow lying around these parts and the wind has got up too so it feels really bitter. My heating has hardly been off in the daytime for about a week, despite turning the thermostat down and sitting in the house in 3 layers. The little snow plough was out doing the

I've had enough of this weather too - next year I really am going to get a 3 month job somewhere warm over winter.......

Oh dear, yes, I bet your cottage is a nightmare to try and keep warm, isn't it? Still, the snow must be pretty out there - it was beautiful out at the cattery on Sunday but is all grey and ucky round here because of all the traffic :(

Cottage hasn't been too bad since the cold snap but yeah, have been getting through the oil very quickly (despite 3 layers of clothing, 3 duvets and 2 hot water bottles). Currently I'm down at my folks and usually it is toasty but even here it is a little chilly.
