I have cheery fairy lights, dinner smells lovely and a friend is coming to join us for the evening soon. I hope everyone else is as blessed today and that the returning sun brings much light and love to you and yours!

Happy winter solstice to you too.

I love it, primarily because I'm solar powered and can't abide the dark mornings and evenings. Don't get me started on the lack of flowers. Spring and early summer are the seasons for me.
