I just turned on the radio, and some ENGLISH SONG has just ripped off the entire tune of Arashi's WE CAN MAKE IT.

It was sung by some woman, and I am so angry I am seeing red.

I hope Johnny's SUES THEIR ASSES, because this is COMPLETE PLAGIARISM.

Uh... as far as I understood it, neither of them wrote the song, so why can't they both perform it? It's not like they're in competing markets or anything.

She's probably never heard the other version, and they're both unfortunate victims of an industry which just rehashes everything.

Also, she would have recorded this song like, a year ago, since it's on her album. Just because the other song was released first doesn't mean it was recorded first.

id have to agree with tara. considering that most pop stays in its own country, there will be little chance of most of the population crying up over it. therefore when two or three people go FUCK YOU RICKI LEE and get defensive over arashi (im SO not looking your way there...) then the companies can say oh what an unfortunate coincidence. and she'll still rake in small for that song.
