I'VE always wanted to know what happened to both sets of Harry's grandparents. Is it just me, or is it odd that they're barely mentioned at all? I would think either set would have been much more hospitable than the Dursleys *shudder*

I was hoping Jo would explain that, since obviously they all died somehow...

That is TRUE. Whatever happened to their Grandparents. Maybe they TOO are in Australia. I'm kind of shocked Harry never bothered to ask Petunia actually.

then again...petunia is the one who told harry that his parents died in a car crash, so, not sure how productive that would have been. still, it's an interesting question. surely dumbledore would have known?
