Wow! I haven't properly reviewed a BSG episode in about 5 episodes, not that I'm going to start now, for my comments on TV are rather brief this week.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who looked at both these shows from a shippy pov first. I loved BSG, but the Lee/Kara - or lack of - is really depressing me this close to the final. And I can't suddenly buy into the idea of Sam being the love of her life or the fact that Lee isn't the FIRST person she'd speak to about this shit.

SCC I didn't enjoy so much, though I've been loving the season, and I'm gutted that those John/Cameron scenes weren't real. Even if I didn't ship them, it was just so nice having some cute, normal moments between them rather than constant angst. I love the idea that those are how Sarah sees John and Cameron though - that Cameron spends all day walking around in her underwear making pancakes. *g*

Hahaha! I usually end up doing that. I end up relating to the characters through their relationships most of the time anyway. But yeah, the lack of Lee/Kara is getting to me. I'm going to need something - anything - to get me out of the dregs when it comes to them.

I LOVED that we got some light-hearted stuff with them. I think I miss that most from season one, the cute interactions with John and Cameron. Underwear and pancakes! Heee!

Totally agree on BSG. I don't fully understand the show anymore and it makes me sad. And what the hell--no pilots till finale I guess. Grrr.

I was so excited to see a little more Cameron in this episode. She's my favorite and they haven't shown her nearly enough lately. And real or not, I would still like to read fic about John and Cameron's fantasy weekend making pancakes and walking around half-clothed. Hee.
