I took my car in to get new tires, and apparently my car alignment is ridiculously off... or something.  I dont know.  All i know is everytime one thing is wrong with my car, then one by one pieces seem to be falling apart.  curious huh?  i hate car people.  they screw people over for their sadistic pleasure.  All i know is it equals more money for ( Read more... )

It is the placement of the running belt and the type of movement of the belt as you work out. You want a belt that moves smoothly over the rollers as opposed to being jerky. If the movement on your Treadmills is like that there can be more impact on your joints than necessary and injury can result.

thank you for that information. It's nice to know. However thats not actually my problem. I just have a fear of them, which ties into my fear of escalators, ladders, and ice skating. I need to have a part of my body planted firmly on solid ground, and when you're running on a treadmill you're really not planted on solid ground, and succeptible to falling off, which is my fear.

Every time I go into Jensen Tires for anything at all they try to tell me that my alignment is off. Which isn't true because I've gone other places and no one else has ever said that. I used to always get my oil changed there, but I stopped because they kept trying to realign me!

You have a Twilight poster? I'm ridiculously jealous.

Don't worry, we all have crazy fears. Me? I have a fear of being buried alive. Even though it's totally stupid. Why on earth would I ever be in the position to be buried alive? Who knows. Like, I'll just be randomly walking around in a cemetary and fall into an open grave? I don't think so. But, I'm still irrationally afraid of it. I know, this isn't the same thing at all. I kind of fail, don't I? Hehe... yeah.
