Hacked??

Apologies to my flist for the massive spamming of posts in, I guess, Russian.

It would appear - though lord knows how! - that some low-life spammer has hacked my account and is having fun filling my LJ with gibberish.

I've changed my password but not sure what else I can do to fix this? :/
