Pine nuts
Pesto sauce
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Black olives
Beet slices
Nori (sushi seaweed)
Ye Generic Store-Bought Vinaigrette Dressing
Legitimate balsamic vinegar
More olive oil
More cheese

I don't usually like salads, but this is quite good. The cheese adds a lot. Unfortunately, the nori doesn't; toughness-

Or make it as lettuce wraps.

Nori in a salad is a new idea to me. I'll be impressed if you manage to get it to work.

It'd probably be easier to do nori wraps, given that lettuce is irregular and easily ripped.

Or maybe use those Vietnamese sticky-when-wetted rice-flour skins? Hmm...

You know what, I totally had a salad a while ago that was more or less like this, minus the nori. Good stuff.
