I'm just wondering if people no longer understand the differences between horizontal and vertical, since a little picture had to be used to explain the problem.

thus the illustration, yeah. 'you need to feed it in vertically. you know, tall-ways. portrait, not landscape. the way the feed arms are already indicating.' wasn't really doing it for me. so i made pictures and wept a little inside.
