I went to the ER and all I got was this bracelet

So I woke up yesterday feeling just terrible, and using the potty ALLOT. Horrible Cramps, Nausea, Chills, Diarrhea. Finally around 4:30 I threw up everything. Luckily everything being mostly water. About 6 I went to sleep and got up about 10:30 feeling so very very awful again and EVERYthing now coming out the other end. So much that my hands, arms
