You have such an incredible knack for capturing the quiet moments. I love this two, that's no secret, but I love them the most, I think, when they're written by you. Oh, and this line:

And so he knows that what Sophie is afraid of isn’t finding death waiting on her doorstep but that moment after she picks it up and has to wait for someone to come to her rescue, to notice that she is missing and something isn’t right while she stands helpless to save herself.
Is worth it's weight in gold because it says so much about who these two idiots are to each other. I love that she knows him, is the only one that ever know all parts of him, but I love that he knows her just as well now. How far they've come.
