Doing Domestic

May 01, 2013 23:19

Thought I'd try for a little humor.  It's not very long.  But I hope you like it anyhow.  Just a little snippet of domesticity for Ten and Donna.  =)

As always, I don't own Ten, Donna or Doctor Who.  The BBC does.  Please read and enjoy...

I can perfectly understand her anger with this one... might have done that type of fall once or twice in my time!! Not done the tea chucking though (was sorely tempted to; mark you).
Anyway... this was a treat to wake up to and read this morning. Thank you! :D

I've had this happen many times myself. In fact, I wrote about it last night, and experienced it this morning. -__- I was thrilled.

Glad you liked it. :)

Oh, Doctor, Doctor. Will you never learn to shut your mouth? He thinks he's so funny, and I don't blame Donna one bit. Although, it was a waste of perfectly good muffins. ;D

Sometimes I think the Doctor has a large case of foot in mouth disease. :D I like to think she was almost done with the muffins anyhow.

Glad you liked it. :)

*rolls eyes* Yes, well, are any of us surprised? I suspect a little bit of dealing with this would've sent some companions running away. Donna? No, she stays because she loves him and how else is he going to learn?

The muffin-face thing was a nice touch. ;)

Donna has the unique skills required to deal with a Time Lord such as the Doctor. =D

Yeah, that was a little personal reference, the muffin thing. I did that to an ex-boyfriend. Only it was a cupcake.

Glad you liked it.

She could probably deal with all sorts of Time Lords. And that's a hint for a future story of mine. ;)

Hope it wasn't one you liked. The cupcake, that is.

Oh now I'm excited to read it... =D

It was a red velvet cupcake. They're my favorite. But...there wasn't much left, and I was just a tad peeved. =P

My mother-in-law trained my husband well and I'm doing the same for my boys. They always put the seat and lid down when they're finished. Lucky me!

Oh, about the story... cute. Only Donna would be bold enough to try and train the Doctor out of his bad habits. The others were so over-awed that they'd just let him be, but Donna wasn't. Then again, I don't think the others ended up like Donna is in this story, sharing a room and the loo....

Sadly my mother in law tried to train my husband and his two brothers. I and the other wives are resigned to checking the seat every time. =P

Yup. Only Donna. =D

Thank you for the comments and I'm glad you liked it.
