TARDIS Thoughts {A Belle Series Extra}

I'm still on hiatus, as no new plots have come up.  This was just a little idea as I really want to write.

I'm not sure how the TARDIS actually thinks, it's pretty open to interpretation.  But this just seemed to work for me.  I don't see her using given names like Donna or Doctor, but rather words to sort of describe the person.  This view was

*squees* I love the names the TARDIS has for the companions. Although... I would've named Rose "Loud and Whiny Bottle-Yellow Hair". :P

Poor Duplicate of Thief. How did she feel about his being cast off? You'd think the TARDIS would've protested that, right? :(

Love this. There should be more stories where the TARDIS gets to tell her side of the story. :D

=) I was actually going to use Whiny. But then I thought maybe the TARDIS would be a little polite with her names, and she'd named Rose before she got all annoying and whiny. As for the rest of the names that was kind of fun. Wasn't sure if Sarah Jane's name came across well. I picked Story Teller as I think she was a journalist. Mickey's was also hard. Didn't want to just call him Idiot. =P

I'm sure the TARDIS was upset with the cast off of Duplicate Of Thief, but I was more focusing on Donna's loss, and the Doctor and TARDIS reacting to that. That and I haven't decided yet whether he's coming back. He's not written into this series. I think he will be, but not quite sure.

I agree. The TARDIS is a sentient ship with thoughts and feelings of her own. THey should be explored more. =D

Maybe she would be polite, but I just re-watched part of "Rose" as fodder for a story. My gosh! She WAS whiny!!!! Not to mention pouty! If I'd watched this at the beginning, I certainly wouldn't have stuck around. Least not for her! The Doctor, maybe. (He seemed amused by her behavior at times and also a bit irritated. Then again, Nine could be irritated a fair bit - with cause.)

I liked the named. Sorry that Mickey wound up still being called Idiot in his name. I liked Story Teller. Get the feeling that the TARDIS is extremely fond of Sarah Jane? :D

*sucks in happy breath* Oh, good luck bringing Duplicate of Thief home! :DDDDD

I kinda did once or twice. Not as much as I'd like now, but it was what the stories called for. Although I can still revise a bit... ;)

Rose was rather whiny wasn't she? I think I actually overlooked that a little as I was too busy laughing over Mickey getting sucked into a garbage can. =P

I know. Poor Mickey still got stuck with Idiot in his name. *sigh* =/ BUt I do think it's safe to say that after Donna, Sarah Jane was a top companion favorite of the TARDIS.

I have his name, I have somewhat of a story for him, and it's really not Rose friendly. Not violent or anything, but just not looking good for Rose.

The one story of yours that comes to mind involving the TARIDS is "Idris Revenge". Because yeah. Awesome. =D

You did read right. I'm pretty sure I'm going to bring Duplicate Of Thief back. I'm just trying to figure out how to write his story and still be able to post a link on doctor_donna. I have his name and somewhat of a story for him.

Loved this! Absorbing. The names are so interesting.

FWIW if you have a chapter about Ten II and it is part of a broader Doctor and Donna story you can totally post it to comms :D

Gentle Child was the name I chose for Belle, the girl the Doctor and Donna adopt in this series. =)
