About 1k words tonight... I really need to get back in the habit of at least working on it, even if it's just a grand at a time.

1k words is a good chunk of prose. At that rate, it only takes 100 of those 'chunks' to write a novel ... :) Little and often though, yes. Like exercise, enough to be useful but not so much that you wonder if you're up to it.
