The students had Final Exams from Monday through Thursday, and today was graduation. Most schools I've taught at automatically just have the valedictorian and salutatorian speak, but my first school did what yours does and I really liked that. I've seen several top students who are NOT confident with public speaking and it's painful to watch. I might also be a little biased because my Drama Club president got to give the speech at my last North Forsyth graduation (at least my last as a current teacher there).
