Our master bathroom is Oyster Bay by Sherwin Williams and I think it's a stunning grey with just a hint of blue/green.

i love white bathrooms. i think clean, neutral colors are best. You can always brighten things up with towels, pictures, or accessories which are easily changed.

i love tiled bathrooms. i love subway tile. i guess it's supposed to be a dated look, but i really like it. this is about as close to my dream bathroom as i can google. if i'm dreaming, i'd also go for a really big tub.

There's a telly show here in Oz called "The Block" in which couples do renovations. It's a pretty crap show but I watch it (I have terrible taste in TV)... the renovations are good though, especially the bathrooms:

I think definitely neutrals for anything in the bathroom that can't be changed easily. that's also handy for down the line when you want to sell. There are so many ways to decorate your bathroom with towels and accessories. The bones should be neutral.

I have terrible tiles on my bathroom floor, I absolutely can't stand them (I didn't choose them, the developers of this complex did). The grout is impossible to keep clean. they're little tiles. i'll post a pic so you know NOT to get them!

I want to re-do my master bathroom... someday, when I have some extra $$ but my idea involves some elaborate mosaic tiling. Not what you have in mind at all, but I'm working on a file of inspirational images as well :-)
