I don't think I know of a single baby who wears his or her own age in clothing size. Probably the infant average size has gotten bigger over the years, but the clothes just stay the same.
I totally miss being able to dress my daughter! I miss being able to lay out her clothes and she could dress herself all on her own. I miss shopping and giving her choices (of what I picked out), but letting her pick from those.
Now she's got her own opinions & styles. I still have the final say (as the father of a 13 year old!), but mostly she seems to be making good judgement calls.
The main problem with calendars is, the pages only seem to go in one direction....
I already lost that with Erika, who is only 4 years old. :(
I came home from a day of shopping, having found 3 really cute outfits for under $5 each, and when I excitedly showed it to her, she pursed her lips, then as politely and gently as she could, asked "mom? could we bring these back to the store? I dont really like them. Can I go with you and pick out what I like?"
*heart breaks*
At least I don't have to wake up in the morning and dress her any more...

And yes, I can't figure out the numbers in F half the time, so I have to convert it..
