Do you have a program like Photoshop or XnView or anything like that? They usually have the option to make screencaps, so you just minimize all the windows and take a screenncap/screenshot of your desktop. Or you can also do the same thing with pressing PrtScr (print screen) button on your keyboard, and then going to some photo program (Paint will do, you should have it on Windows XP) and go to edit-paste, and then save the pic.
I have to do this meme as well. But I'm in a hurry, have to leave for work, so hopefully I'll temember to do that in the evening. If I forget, feel free to nudge me to remind me ;)
