i have no internet or phone service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and i have been 'talking" (aka playing automated phone button tag & then being connected to another country) to the phone company and getting nowhere!!

they say my "long distance" bill of $13 has been overdue since august! i don't have long distance service!!! much less gotten a bill for it, or a

And I thought our service was bad! We have two lines and for the last month or so they've been switching back and forth between not working... we've had about four Cox guys come and look at it and it hasn't done anything. But at least we have internet...
