I think my mother-in-law may have just talked me and Rose into being shampoo models.

IT SEEMED THE SAFEST WAY OUT OF THE CONVERSATION.

I am torn between being impressed at how she does it and rather afraid for my safety.

I do have very good hair, though.

i did not plan this, what is happening???, i did not need this!, jackie's all right really, rose is brilliant, mother-in-law-from-hell, this was not my fault

Things do seem to happen rather quick when she's around, don't they?

Not saying that's bad, Mum!

Does it come naturally or do they teach you that sort of thing in school?

*sigh*

No, I talked you into discussing selling your shampoo formula to Vitex for a tidy sum, and then floated the possibility of having you feature in the advertising. Why not stand behind the product you created, and use your hair (which is impressive, as you well know) to its fullest advantage, if you'll pardon the pun?

But if you'd rather teach bored uni students, by all means, be my guest.

Well, it's better now I've started cutting it again, mind you, but yes: in my formerly professional (if not-quite-licenced) opinion, you have excellent hair.

And you know I wouldn't say if I didn't think so. So there.
