Rose... I think we might have a situation.

Can we just send an anonymous tip to Torchwood and get them to deal with it?

Also, I am aware suggesting such a thing is unlike me, but this is, well, different to normal.

Not sure that's a good idea. Knowing Jack and his...*ahem*...proclivities....he'd just want to join in with the parrot.
