Congratulations, Graduate!

I am very proud of your endeavors, struggles, work ethic, and so on and so forth. That's a bunch of blah. What I am really proud of you for is pursuing your writing career and getting that book published! That's just great.

If you did not, in fact, get that book published, then congratulations on whatever else you happened ( Read more... )

Just one little word left out that you may want to check (because I REALLY like people to tell me when I do it):

I would hope that you would with your heart and occasionally your head, but never your desire for attention.

I love this part:

You would write and rewrite a phrase until its essence could be smelt and felt and seen.

I do hope you get published. You are starting young enough, maybe it will be possible.

No matter why you started to write, I am glad you did, even if it was just the desire to outshine another:)

I love drama too, currently, I'm practicing for a Mystery Dinner Theatre that will be performed in Sept.

Where have you traveled? I long to travel more.

Thank you for sharing this letter:)

One of my favorite quotes is that writing is not always the path less traveled, but it's the one in most need of refinement. I'm hoping that can be me. I especially hope to get published before I'm eighteen, because then I could pay for college and travel some more after, as well as have a better chance for writing and publishing another book.

I traveled a lot when I was younger, mostly out of the country. All over Europe mostly, and a lot of places near the Dominican Republic. Canada, Australia, England. One thing I regret about traveling young is that I rarely appreciate anything anymore when I do travel, because I feel like I've seen it all.

Good luck with your acting :) It sounds fun. And thanks so much for the review!

Chloe

Thank you! I'm flattered really, I didn't think it was that good! I enjoy that about traveling too (now), but as I said before it was more like 'ugh another place?' kind of thing.
Thank you for your comment :)

I am a little older than you, and I can assure you that middle school most assuredly does suck the most of all time. I have been through some tough times, some really tough times, but I can't think of anything worse than middle school. So if you are through that mess, nothing else should be quite as bad. That's something, at least. *whew*

Thanks for sharing of yourself. You have a bright future ahead. That much is clear!
