"Cost rationalization" that's a new one on me. Usually it's verb noun for 'reasons to be canned.' Though I suppose "rationalize cost" works. So now the verb list consists of "realize, leverage, rationalize" and the noun list can be "efficiency, synergy, cost."

I sense an "Automatic termination reason generator" in the works.
