I'm slowly dying at the Wes and Devin part at the end, though. My bbbbbbsssss. Or well, not mine. They're Sarah's. But still. OMG. My OTP. You're splitting them up. Why are you so crueeeel.

I think my Kalen-hate is getting kinda obvious, lol. I do not like him, so I am not inclined to make him behave well in my fic. I hope I am keeping him reasonably in-character, though!

We are terrible to them, aren't we? ^_^

Oh, man. This pretty much annihilated all my feeeeeels. I guess it doesn't hurt that Wes and Devin live in my head, because I've written Devin dealing with (or failing to deal with) the mind control stuff and this pushed all my pretty little buttons. And Wessssss, poor bb. Between your fic and Alicia's and my canon he is being well and truly Woobified this week. It was so sad watching him be all scared of squid-God Devin and then still loving him anyway. Which is pretty much in keeping with my canon except there, he doesn't know half the shit Devin does. :\

I like that you showed Devin being remorseful for accidentally killing the military police, because he would be. He's not a killer. Of course, none of this is leading anywhere good and I'm sure he's going to do horrifying, stupid things. But he'd be sorry about the killing part first.

Kinda sad he didn't kill Kalen. He's even more annoying in your fic than he is in my canon.

Don't you worry; Kalen will die. I hope I don't make him OOC too much. I think my Kalen-hate is showing here, haha.

I'm both sorry and not sorry about your feels. Mostly, though, I'm not sorry because it means I wrote Actual Sad Content and did it well. Since that is a weakness of mine, I'm all proud of your *sadface* right now.

Everything is the fault of mechanical problems to Devin when he's unhappy about what's really going on. What if at some point, the trouble actually is caused by a mechanical problem?

The part about Devin pushing Wes away is significantly less lulzy because Wes is just like an overexcited puppy dog. Awwwwwwwww. :(
