Timothy Ferris was the speaker for Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor Reads author presentation. Not sure who that would be. (There's a dozen of us!)

I was interviewed on a PBS show with Timothy Ferris about ten years ago on a public TV show called Uncommon Knowledge. The host thought he was going to get a lively argument. He did... as Timothy and I ganged up on him for his inane questions.

There used to be a transcript of the interview on the web, but that link is dead now.

Sounds like an awesome presentation! I'll watch for the blu-ray.

Oddly enough, I'm working for Jesuits these days. I'm the alumni relations and annual giving person at the Seattle University business school. SU is one of the Jesuit independent colleges.

Believe it or not, I'm one of the more conservative people on campus. And yes, I have worn my fursuit around the school already. :-P
