how long should i write?

So for the past 2 chapters I've been writing about 3.5 pages in font 12. I was wondering if that was too short and if it should be longer? I'm not really sure how long i should write. I usually just base it off instinct to stop writing went it feels like a good time to end the chapter. Do let me know if you would like to have longer chapters! Other
