Yeah, sure! Just let me rob a bank or ... three. Yeeouch, that's some serious money. Beautiful place, though.

Although, I was really surprised to see all that and it's only on a 2 1/2 acre lot?! Surely the Sheppards can afford a little more acreage.

Yeah, in my world it has loads more, and it's not in Vancouver either...:-) Although, having been there a few years ago (not far from the legendary Bridge Studios) I'm not surprised it costs that much....prime real estate....
