Thoughts

I've now had a little time to get my thoughts together about yesterday, and for some reason have chomped my way through a bag of liquorice allsorts. [Come here Bertie, *chomp*]

I have to say that I'm very pleased how it went.

Dr Andrew Davies does, as twiggy_j said, still have the "shiny new car smell" to him, as it were. He doesn't seem to be ( Read more... )

Your views on genitals sound perfectly normal for a transwoman. Some trans folk can get a bit wound up about them, but for most people I know it's a case of "Yeah, they're there I suppose, not really bothered about them".

The normal male view seems to be one of being very attached to them and terrified if anything happens to them.

Sarah: have you considered opening a guest house for itinerant Trannies?

I had a friend (we've lost touch) who bought an old guest house in Weston-Super-Mare for precisely that reason. In fact we took on our house knowing there would be spare space. Over the 7 years we've lived there its filled up and there's now four of us in the house so when we finally move we're going to have to find somewhere bigger.

As for the "standard" questions. I was pretty ambivalent about my genitals (although I hated erections) and I was about my gender until I went to an all boys school at which point I realised I wasn't a boy. That was hell. But it was also the event that prompted me to research and find out what I needed to know.
