Are cold water bottles a thing?

Like hot water bottles but cold….I’ve been sleeping with a cold gel pack the past couple nights because I’ve been hot but still like blankets to cover me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I’m so sick of being in my own head lately. I feel like everything I do I automatically psychoanalyze and my internal monologue is constantly explaining how and why things are for me. I
