What can I say? The EU is more secretive about such bills. Or rather, not secretive, but one rarely realizes they have been voted before the vote actually happens. Which honestly sucks.
Deadline looming sounds more threatening than a definite deadline to me. So... yeah. I believe they are voting in the next 3 months or so, though.
