Shinsen Subs has Blood+ subbed. There's a torrent here, but your safest bet is their IRC channel - much faster download, at least on my end). Just click on the part of their index page that says "#shinsen-subs@irc.rizon.net" and, after connecting, they'll give you a link for their distro bots page.

geh~ =P i should try my hands on them next time... seems fun, though it takes a freaking long time to do (for me)... and here i am 3.45am trying to finish my major essay and having a headache soon (from the coffee)... i blame it on procastination... shoot...
